Description	IN/MM/G14/31012024/01 -You have failed to ensure that the exposure of your employees via inhalation to flour dust and flour improver, substances hazardous to health, is either prevented or, where this is not reasonably practicable adequately controlled, during work activities including the weighing of rye flour and flour improver and scooping flour into the flour dispensing stations on the dough processing plant, where exposure to these substances can lead to occupational asthma. IN/MM/G14/31012024/02 -You have failed to ensure that employees who are or are liable to be exposed via inhalation to flour dust and flour improver containing the enzyme Amylase (substances hazardous to health) are placed under suitable health surveillance where it is appropriate for the protection of their health. IN/MM/G14/31012024/03 - You have failed to ensure that thorough examination and testing of the local exhaust ventilation system integrated within the business’s flour silo has been conducted within the last 14 months, where this has been provided as an engineering control for exposure to flour dust (a substance hazardous to health). IN/MM/G14/31012024/04 - You have failed to ensure that lifting equipment (namely the three ingredient tippers on the first floor of the premises) which are exposed to conditions causing deterioration which is liable to result in dangerous situations are thoroughly examined at least every 12 months, to ensure that health and safety conditions are maintained, and that any deterioration can be detected and remedied in good time.
