IN - 313964216 - You have failed to ensure that the local the exhaust ventilation units associated with high speed CNC machines 1) DNM 5700 / MV0091-002438; 2) NLX 2500SY/700 / 7023000216N; 3) Lynx2100LYB / ML0404-000534; and, 4) Lynx2100LYB / ML0404-000145 that have been provided to control exposure of employees to substances hazardous to health, namely Vasco 6000 metal working fluid, have been thoroughly examined and tested every 14 months. | ||
