| Description | IN issued - You have failed to undertake a suitable and sufficient assessment of the risks to your employees, from the storage, handling and processing of dangerous substances such as highly flammable liquids including, but not limited to, acetone and isopropyl alcohol. IN issued - You have failed to ensure dangerous substances, including extremely flammable, highly flammable and flammable substances are suitably stored to reduce the risk, so far as is reasonably practicable, of danger i.e. fire and explosion. For example, acetone and isopropyl alcohol are being stored onsite with no control measures in place to prevent the spread of these highly flammable liquids in the event of a leak or spill IN issued - You have failed to provide adequate segregation between vehicles and pedestrians across site including, but not limited to, interactions in external yard areas and inside the building. This places persons at risk of serious personal injury should they be impacted by forklift trucks or large moving vehicles. For example, there are no measures in place to prevent persons accessing loading and unloading areas including when moving between the customer / staff car park and the buildings. | ||
