Description PNCPL181223/01 You have failed to take all practicable steps to prevent danger, to any persons and to ensure that the excavated faces of the areas to the right of the site entrance and around the telegraph pole on the lower site do not collapse, no material forming part of the walls is dislodged or may fall, or that no persons are buried or struck by materials as there is insufficient battering or supports in place in these areas to prevent the excavated faces or parts of them collapsing. There is additional surcharging to the area right of the entrance by a drystone wall and site fencing IN/CPL211223/01 You have failed, as a Principal Contractor, to plan, manage and monitor the construction phase to ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, construction work is carried out without risks to health and safety as there were widespread risks to health and safety posed by excavations throughout the site, and planning, management and monitoring arrangements for excavation works on site were inadequate.
