There is additional surcharging to the area right of the entrance by a drystone wall and site fencing IN/CPL211223/01 You have failed, as a Principal Contractor, to plan, manage and monitor the construction phase to ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, construction work is carried out without risks to health and safety as there were widespread risks to health and safety posed by excavations throughout the site, and planning, management and monitoring arrangements for excavation works on site were inadequate. | ||
