Description	Prohibition Notice: 313908722 The Health and Safety Executive, hereby give you notice that I am of the opinion that the following activities namely: Keeping cattle with calves in the field known as 'Birdlands', with no segregation of the cattle from the public rights of way in the field which are likely to be carried on by you at: The field known as 'Birdlands' (NY93877 25315) involve, a risk of serious personal injury, and that the matters which give rise to the said risks are: The field contains 2 public rights of way, including a section of the Pennine Way, and unsegregated cattle with calves may seriously injure or kill members of the public, especially those walking dogs and that the said matters will involve contravention of the following statutory provisions: The Health and Safety at Work (etc) Act 1974, Section 3(2) because You have failed to conduct your undertaking in such a way as to ensure that other persons (not being your employees), who may be affected thereby, are not thereby exposed to risks to their safety. and I hereby direct that the said activities shall not be carried on by you or under your control immediately unless the said contraventions and matters have been remedied
