Since then, Leman 27E has undergone numerous changes, and other industrial and regulatory developments have occurred that invalidate the original assessment; such as, the recent Perenco Thorough Review Summary for this installation which states that an PFEER EER analysis is not available. You have not repeated your assessment of the events which could give rise to a major accident involving fire or explosion, or the need for evacuation, escape or rescue and confirmed at a meeting on 4th July 2023 that this work was still outstanding. |
