Examples seen on site include breaches of fire compartmentation, badly fitting fire doors, cable feeds penetrating walls and no compartmentation installed in service cupboards on all floors which would allow fire to spread. Prohibition Notice - There is no procedure for dealing with emergencies on site. There is no fire detection system, no means of raising the alarm should a fire occur, no suitable fire fighting equipment and no identifiable escape route to a place of safety. | ||
