| Description | I undertook an offshore inspection on 25 - 27 April 2023. I found that you had failed to ensure that work equipment namely GT1(550) Ruston Turbines power generator, was maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order and in good repair, because: 1. GT1 has ran since January 2008 for 78179 hours without either of the required 'B' (24000 hours) or 'C' (48000 hours) Type Service maintenance being undertaken 2. Critical service maintenance of power generator equipment were suspended without any adequate justification. Letter response received from dutyholder 31 08 2023 satisfactory as GT isolated and taken out of service; complied with requirements of Notice. | ||
