Description	Prohibiton Notice - You have taken suitable and sufficient steps (e.g, by the provision of the guard rails) to prevent any person falling a distance liable to cause personal injury; persons at risk of serious personal injury due to unprotected edges and openings in floor on scaffold and building. Prohibition Notice - You have not taken all practicable steps where necessary to prevent danger to ensure the structure does not collapse as it is in a temporary state of stability; unable to confirm stability of partially damaged wall which appeared top have suffered movement at the top. Prohibition Notice - You have not ensured that the working platform is not loaded so as to give rise to risk of collapse or to any defamation which could affect its safe use; first lift of scaffold loaded with a considerable amount of bricks. Improvement Notice - You have not employed or appointed a person to supervise or manage construction work, who has the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and training to carry out the tasks allocated to that person in a manner which secures the health and safety of any person working on the construction site; due to general conditions of site, the fact that Site Manager is only SSSTS trained and was not present on site at time of my arrival 11/05/23 All notices have now been complied with, see compliance notes for details.
