Description	PN Served - Use of the press brake prohibited because you have failed to prevent access to the tools which are a dangerous part whilst the machine is operating and there are also no side guards or rear guards which gives rise to the risk of contact with the tooling which could cause amputation or crush injuries. IN Served - Failure to ensure that employees who are, or are liable to be, exposed to welding fume, which is a substance hazardous to health, liable to cause occupational lung diseases such as cancer are subject to a suitable scheme of health surveillance. IN Served - Failure to ensure that the exposure of your employees to welding fume, which is a substance hazardous to health and can cause cancer, and other occupational lung diseases, is either prevented, or where this is not reasonably practicable, adequately controlled because you have failed to provide measures to control exposure such as local exhaust ventilation. IN Served - Failure to organise the yard area and car park in such a way that vehicles and pedestrians, including employees and visitors, can circulate in a safe manner.
