Work in relation to gas fitting i.e. including a gas appliance, or a gas storage vessel while not a member of the Gas Safe Register.
That work in relation to a gas fitting i.e. including a gas appliance or a gas storage vessel will be left in an unsafe condition thereby exposing persons to risk of serious personal injury from fire, explosion, asphyxiation or carbon monoxide poisoning.
You are not competent to carry out such work e.g. you do not possess the necessary qualifications under the Accredited Competence Scheme (ACS) or of an equivalent standard. |
