IN1 You have failed to ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, the site is kept in good order and those parts in which construction work is being carried out is kept in a reasonable state of cleanliness. You have also failed to ensure the site is suitably fenced off to prevent unauthorises access. IN2 You have failed to take suitable and sufficient measures to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, any person falling a distance liable to cause personal injury, in that you have failed to install suitable edge protection on the first floor of the property to prevent risk of falling. IN3 You have failed to ensure that suitable and sufficient welfare facilities which comply with Schedule 2 of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 are provided on site; because you have failed to provide hot and cold running water in the immediate vicinity of the sanitary conveniences and have failed to provide suitable facilities for rest. | ||
