The employees are separating waste next to the Fuchs materials handler, whilst it is operating and are not adequately segregated to ensure their safety from this machine. IN2 - Notice No 313188923 (JB060223/02) You have failed to ensure your lifting equipment (namely your Skip truck, Registration GK61 PXV) has been thoroughly examined by a competent person within the last 12 months to ensure that health and safety conditions are maintained and that any deterioration is detected and remedied in good time. IN3 - Notice No 313188936 (JB060223/03) You have failed to ensure your lifting equipment (namely your Skip truck, Registration BX08 AXM) has been thoroughly examined by a competent person within the last 12 months to ensure that health and safety conditions are maintained and that any deterioration is detected and remedied in good time. IN4 - Notice No 313188949 (JB060223/04) You have failed to ensure your lifting equipment (namely your Skip truck, Registration LK07 EHW) has been thoroughly examined by a competent person within the last 12 months to ensure that health and safety conditions are maintained and that any deterioration is detected and remedied in good time. IN7 - Notice No 313188979 (JB060223/07) You have failed to ensure your lifting equipment (namely your Hitachi excavator, within your maintenance shed) has been thoroughly examined by a competent person within the last 12 months to ensure that health and safety conditions are maintained and that any deterioration is detected and remedied in good time. IN8 - Notice No 313188994 (JB060223/08) You have failed to ensure your lifting equipment (namely your JCB telehandler (JCB 535-95), serial number: 02173252) has been thoroughly examined by a competent person within the last 12 months to ensure that health and safety conditions are maintained and that any deterioration is detected and remedied in good time.
