IN served - You have failed to provide suitable health surveillance for employees who are liable to be exposed to a substance hazardous to health, namely hardwood dust, a known cause of occupational asthma IN served - You have failed to ensure that the exposure of employees to a substance hazardous to health, namely hardwood dust, which can cause occupational asthma, is either prevented or, where this is not reasonably practicable, adequately controlled. This is because employees have not been provided with suitable respiratory protective equipment (RPE). This is because employees have not been face fit tested for their tight fitting respiratory protective equipment (RPE).
