Description	IN Issued- You have failed to adequately control exposure of your employees to Water Mixed Metal Working Fluid(s) a substance(s) hazardous to health because you are not testing and monitoring bacterial growth. IN issued - You have failed to take effective measures to prevent access to any dangerous parts of the Weiler Lathe, S/N 5387 (including the chuck and lead screw) or any rotating stock-bar or stop the movement of any dangerous parts or any rotating stock-bar before a person enters the danger zone. IN issued - You have failed to ensure the Local Exhaust Ventilation (filtermist) systems fitted to your CNC machining centres to control your employees exposure to water-mix metal working fluid – a known cause of occupational asthma and Occupational Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (OHP) from inhalation, have been thorough examined and tested in the last 14 months. PN issued as you have failed to prevent access to any dangerous parts of the machine (namely the cutters), or to any rotating stock bar or stop the movement of any dangerous parts of the machine (namely the cutters), or to any rotating stock bar before any part of a person enters the danger zone.
