Description	Abbey Heritage - 2xINs & 10xPNs PUWER/HASAWA/COSHH 1 x IN - 4726839.1 There are significant deposits of hardwood dust (i.e. a hazardous substance) on your workplace surfaces; such results from you not providing and not maintaining adequate wood dust extraction equipment (at your machinery / equipment which emits wood dust) and not undertaking systems of work, as necessary, to ensure that the exposure of your employees to hardwood dust is either prevented or, where this is not reasonably practicable, adequately controlled. Therefore you are not ensuring the safety of employees at work, so far as is reasonably practicable. 1 x PN - PN/WSP/19.05.22/3 The dangerous cutting blades are not guarded so far as is reasonably practicable i.e. (a) front and rear table guards are not present to prevent the operators hands etc. from coming into contact with the cutting blades as the workpiece is taken through the machine; (b) a bottom tenon cutter guard is not present; (c) an adjustable top tenon cutter guard is not present. 1 x PN - : PN/WSP/19.05.22/4 You have not taken effective measures to prevent access to the dangerous moving parts, located above and associated with the cutting tool. Therefore you are not ensuring the safety of employees at work, so far as is reasonably practicable. 1 x PN - PN/WSP/19.05.22/5 You have not taken effective measures to prevent access to the dangerous blade. Therefore you are not ensuring the safety of employees at work, so far as is reasonably practicable. 1 x PN - PN/WSP/19.05.22/6 You have not taken effective measures to prevent access to the dangerous band saw blade. Therefore you are not ensuring the safety of employees at work, so far as is reasonably practicable. 1 x PN - PN/WSP/19.05.22/7 You have not taken effective measures to prevent access to the dangerous cutting blades.
