Description	PN - 312534013 - You have failed to ensure that measures are taken so that the dangerous part ie the blade, is not accessible as the blade extends 24cm beyond the table edge and there is no saw douce. IN - 312534118 - You have failed to ensure that areas within the workplace ie around assembly benches, where employees are likely to be exposed to noise at or above an upper exposure action value have been designated as Hearing Protection Zones, that the areas are demarcated and identified by means of signage indicating ear protection must be worn, that those areas are restricted and that all employees entering those areas wear hearing protection. IN - 312534136 - You have failed to make and give effect to arrangements for the effective planning, organisation, control, and monitoring of measures to ensure that waste materials are not allowed to accumulate in the workplace as collection bags had overspilled, benches were surrounded by dust and the piles of waste were located throughout the factory.
