Description	You have failed to ensure that risk from the exposure to noise of employees and others is either eliminated at source or, where this is not reasonably practicable, reduced to as Iow a level as is reasonably practicable. During my inspection 17.05.2022 - 20.05.2022, it was established that a noise action plan was created for Triton FPSO derived from third party exposure assessments and engineering noise control implementation studies undertaken between 2015-2019. The action plan highlighted potential noise reduction measures covering two principal packages, namely the flash gas and main export gas compressor. It was determined that these reduction measures had not been actioned and progressed since the creation of the noise action plan and no arrangements were in place to progress these reduction measures further. Therefore you have failed to ensure that employees and others likely to be exposed to noise at or above an upper exposure action value exposures are reduced to as Iow a level as is reasonably practicable by establishing and implementing a programme of organisational and technical measures, excluding the provision of personal hearing protectors, which is appropriate to the activity.
