Description	IN served - You have failed to prevent or adequately control the exposure of your employees to a substance hazardous to health namely wood dust during the use and operation of the Elu cross-cut saw, in particular you have failed to install and operate an effective local exhaust system (LEV) in order to reduce exposures to airborne wood dust or operate any equally efficient method to control the release of wood dust. You have consequently failed to ensure as far as reasonably practicable the health safety and welfare at work of your employees in particular you failed to manage the risks associated with working with wood and the risk of exposure to wood dust. IN served - You have failed to adequately control the exposure of your employees to a substance hazardous to health namely wood dust, in particular by undertaking cleaning activities to remove wood dust by sweeping, as such activities do not adequately control employee exposure to airborne wood dust. You have consequently failed to ensure as far as is reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare at work of your employees in particular you have failed to manage the risks associated with working with wood and the risk of exposure to wood dust. IN served - Your Boss 556 Sideloader vehicle has not been subject to a thorough examination by a competent person, within the last 12 months and a report of examination has not been provided. IN served - Your Toyota 15 SAS, serial number 42-7FGF15, vehicle has not been subject to a thorough examination by a competent person, within the last 12 months and a report of examination has not been provided. IN served -You have failed to ensure that persons operating the BOSS 566 Sideloader have received adequate training for use of such equipment. IN served - You have failed to ensure that persons operating the Toyota 15 SAS, serial number 42-7FGF15 vehicle, have received adequate training for use of such equipment. IN served - You have failed to appoint a competent person to assist you in complying with all relevant health and safety statutory provisions.
