This results in a foreseeable risk of injury or death through direct or indirect contact with live electrical conductors. IN Served - You have failed to demonstrate that the local exhaust ventilation connected to your SCM dcm sd 30 Sander, which is provided to control employees exposure to substances hazardous to health, namely wood dust at your premises had been subject to a thorough examination and test within the last 14 months IN served -You have failed to prevent or adequately control the exposure of your employees to a substance hazardous to health namely wood dust during the use and operation of the Minimax sr650 Chop saw, shop front, in particular you have failed to install and operate an effective local exhaust system (LEV) in order to reduce exposures to airborne wood dust or operate any equally efficient method to control the release of wood dust. You have consequently failed to ensure as far as reasonably practicable the health safety and welfare at work of your employees in particular you failed to manage the risks associated with working with wood and the risk of exposure to wood dust. IN served - You have failed to prevent or adequately control the exposure of your employees to a substance hazardous to health namely wood dust during the use and operation of the Minimax sr650 Chop saw, shop back with serial number 48081702 on its guard, in particular you have failed to install and operate an effective local exhaust system (LEV) in order to reduce exposures to airborne wood dust or operate any equally efficient method to control the release of wood dust. You have consequently failed to ensure as far as reasonably practicable the health safety and welfare at work of your employees in particular you failed to manage the risks associated with working with wood and the risk of exposure to wood dust. IN served - You have failed to prevent or adequately control the exposure of your employees to a substance hazardous to health namely wood dust during the use and operation of the Altendorf table saw, in particular you have failed to install and operate an effective local exhaust system (LEV) in order to reduce exposures to airborne wood dust or operate any equally efficient method to control the release of wood dust. You have consequently failed to ensure as far as reasonably practicable the health safety and welfare at work of your employees in particular you failed to manage the risks associated with working with wood and the risk of exposure to wood dust. IN served - You have failed to prevent or adequately control the exposure of your employees to a substance hazardous to health namely wood dust during the use and operation of the Wadkin table saw, serial number PK1239, in particular you have failed to install and operate an effective local exhaust system (LEV) in order to reduce exposures to airborne wood dust or operate any equally efficient method to control the release of wood dust. You have consequently failed to ensure as far as reasonably practicable the health safety and welfare at work of your employees in particular you failed to manage the risks associated with working with wood and the risk of exposure to wood dust. PN served - You have not provided access to the saw blade on the wadkin table saw.
