Description GB/281020-01 - 311087008 - You are failing to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of your employees at work because you have not implemented necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is because you have not: 1) Introduced a cleaning regime to ensure that frequently touched objects and surfaces are regularly cleaned; 2) Provided access to clean welfare facilities AND 3) Provided employees with access to hot / warm running water GB/281020-02 - 311087085 - Your pallets stacks are not stacked in a manner to prevent injury to any person arising from unintended movement and or collapse. in the yard are stacked on an incline and as a result they are not stable. GB/281020-03 - 311087112 - You have failed to ensure that the risk of fire and explosion from the dangerous substance, namely LPG, is either eliminated or reduced so far as is reasonably practicable because you are not storing your LPG cylinders in a safe manner. LPG cylinders are not stored up right and are located in your waste piles. There is inadequate protection against impact to prevent the formation of an explosive atmosphere.
