| Description | that you have failed to ensure that the procedures and arrangements for your closed drains system on the North Everest and CATS Riser Installation are as described in your current safety case, as was identified during my offshore inspection on the 28th October 2020, where it was found that you have been unable to operate your permanent platform pumps for a number of years, and are now using temporary manually operated pumps to remove hydrocarbons from your closed drains vessels via flexible hoses, including pumping hydrocarbons to tote tanks, in lieu of a previously dedicated system that was fully automated and hard piped, and you have also failed to carry out a suitable and sufficient risk assessment of the changed procedures and arrangements, which may affect the health and safety of persons on your installation. | ||
