IN/SPD290920/02 - 310971023 You have failed to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) plant provided to control exposure to the fume produced by gas welding on copper is properly used in that; you failed to establish procedures to communicate the requirement for, and to monitor the use of, the said equipment, when this work is carried out at your Buckie facility.
