| Description | 1 x Improvement Notice PS/PF/09/09/2020/1(310922686) issued: You do not have a system to monitor and control stock management & life expectancy in terms of the prevention of fire and explosion. I identified that you were storing rocket motors which were potentially 11 years old at the time of the inspection and that the motors that were examined, showed signs of corrosion and bulging. You informed me that there motors have not been examined since 2015 when they were delivered. You did not know the composition of these motors or the implication of not monitoring their condition. 1 x Improvement Notice PS/PF/09/09/2020/2 (310922796) issued: All the documentation presented in relation to the classification of explosives imported from Spain was in Spanish. ADR states at 5.4.1.4.1 that documents should be in an official language of the following country and also that if that language is not English, French or German then in English, French or German. This was no the case. Regulation 5 of CDG says no person is to carry dangerous goods, or cause or permit dangerous goods to be carried, where that carriage is prohibited by ADR or RID, including where that carriage does not comply with any applicable requirement of ADR. | ||
