Description PN served - You have failed to ensure that exposure of employees to a substance hazardous to health, namely respirable crystalline silica is prevented, as it is prohibited by regulation 4(1), Schedule 2 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002. IN served - You have failed to ensure that employees, who may be exposed to isocyanates during spraying of two-pack paints, have been provided with Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) which adequately controls their exposure. IN served - You have failed to have the Local Exhaust Ventilation system within the spray room, provided to control exposure to paint spray mist containing isocyanates, which is a respiratory sensitiser and a substance hazardous to health, thoroughly examined and tested within the previous 14 months.
