| Description | PN.16.7.20.LER1 - The use of the vertical band knife cutting carousel machine, No. 1 (Green) which are being carried on by you involve a risk of serious personal injury, and that the matters which give rise to the said risks are: Persons are liable to come into contact with the dangerous parts of the machinery, namely the cutting edge of the band knife because effective measures have not been taken to prevent access to the cutting edge of the band knife which may cause danger, or to stop the movement of the band knife before any part of a person enters the danger zone. This being a matter within your control. PN.16.7.20.LER2 - The use of the vertical band knife cutting carousel machine, No. 2 (Orange) which are being carried on by you involve a risk of serious personal injury, and that the matters which give rise to the said risks are: Persons are liable to come into contact with the dangerous parts of the machinery, namely the cutting edge of the band knife because effective measures have not been taken to prevent access to the cutting edge of the band knife which may cause danger, or to stop the movement of the band knife before any part of a person enters the danger zone.
