IN/SPD100720/02 - 310767835 You have failed to adequately control your employees' exposure to solder fume, which is a substance hazardous to health and a significant cause of occupational asthma, in that; you have not provided adequate ventilation systems, in sufficient number, to control the release of fume at source. IN/SPD100720/03 - 310767844 You have failed to ensure that the fume extraction system; provided to control exposure to isocyanates (which are substances hazardous to health and a significant cause of occupational asthma) during the dispensing of moulding agents, has undergone a thorough examination and test within the last 14 months by a person who is competent to do so. IN/SPD100720/04 - 310767857 You have failed to provide health surveillance to employees liable to be exposed to substances hazardous to health, namely solder flux fume and isocyanates (both of which are significant causes of occupational asthma).
