| Description | Serial P/170620/1/AJP (310717321) Prohibit use of the "White" mixer with no interlocked lid or other effective safeguard. The said risk is - It was demonstrated to us that the mixer can run whilst the lid is off, thus presenting a risk of entanglement in the mixer impeller and shaft, resulting in serious injury. The machine is not as safe as is reasonably practicable. Effective measures have not been taken in accordance with PUWER Reg. 11(2) to prevent access to any dangerous part of machinery. | ||
