Description 1 x IN - You have failed to carry out a suitable and sufficient assessment of the risk posed by hazardous substances, namely QD AC Sheen Compliant OCF paint, Quick drying thinner and gunwash, to the health of your employees. 2 x IN - Failure to have your local exhaust ventilation system, used for controlling exposure to hazardous substances during your paint spraying operations, thoroughly examined and tested within the last 14 months. 3 x IN - Failure to take effective measures to prevent access to the dangerous parts of the Promecam RC50 press brake, such as the tooling, or stop of the movement of the dangerous parts before any part of a person can enter a dangerzone, thereby exposing employees to the risk of amputation or crushing injuries. 4 x IN - Failure to ensure that the exposure of employees to welding fume is adequately controlled because you are not using the most effective way and reliable control measure, such as local exhaust ventilation or respiratory protective equipment, to prevent or reduce exposure.
