Description IN/160320/AGF/FOD3/03 - 310536731 You are failing to ensure the health, safety and welfare of your employees in that where providing close fitting respiratory protective equipment (RPE) to control employees' exposure to welding fume, you have failed to ensure that exposure is adequately controlled by confirming the suitability of the RPE to the wearer by means of face fit testing. IN/160320/AGF/FOD3/04 - 310536647 You have failed to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of your employees by failing to ensure the protection of those who are being exposed to substances hazardous to their health, namely exposure to mild steel welding fume which is a carcinogen. IN/160320/AGF/FOD3/05 - 310536647 You have failed to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of your employees in that you are carrying out work which is liable to expose your employees to a substance hazardous to health namely welding fumes from mild steel and you have failed to apply control measures appropriate to the work activity to reduce or minimise the risk as low as is reasonably practicable, in order of priority provided by Regulation 7(3) of the above Regulations and the principles of good practice as set out in Schedule 2a to the Regulations.
