Description	You have failed to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of your employees such as providing facilities for preparing meals which are separate to the polishing room activities. You have not provided safe storage for propane cylinders, which should not be stored in cellars, basements or beneath any building where dangerous accumulation of gas could occur to ensure the safety, so far as is reasonably practicable, of employees and those not in your employ, such as appropriate safe storage above ground. The pipework has not been designed, and installed by a competent person and the installation has not been maintained, such as ensuring the pipework has been fixed on the wall, ensuring pipe hoses have not perished and that jubilee and homemade clips are not used to secure hoses.
