| Description | IN1/SMW/LIL/05/12/2019 - You have failed to ensure that the risks from the dangerous substance are either eliminated or reduced so far as is reasonably practicable, in that you are storing large quantities of unknown substances, some of which are flammable, in containers which are in a poor state, with some leaking and that are likely to deteriorate further, are stored within a wooden (combustible) fenced area and are located next to a site boundary. IN2/SMW/LIL/05/12/2019 - You have failed to make a suitable and sufficient assessment of the risks to the health of employees exposed to substances, namely the chemical ingredients you use to formulate cosmetic products, some of which are hazardous to health; and implement the steps identified to prevent or adequately control exposure. IN3/SMW/LIL/05/12/2019 - You have failed to ensure that exposure to substances hazardous to health is prevented or adequately controlled in that you have failed to ensure that employees who rely on tight-fitting respiratory protective equipment to prevent them from inhaling hazardous substances have been face-fit tested to ensure the mask fits the wearer and provides a good seal. | ||
