|CG130819/22 - 310128588 - You have not prepared a construction phase plan that identifies, so far as reasonably practicable, the risks to health and safety arising from the construction work and the suitable and sufficient measures to address those risks in order to ensure that the project is planned, managed and monitored in a way which enables the work to be carried out, so far as reasonably practicable, safely. CPP provided, as per HSE template so cannot challenge but based on size of project a bit thin. RA on HSE template also thin on detail but just about meets the requirements. CG130819/33 - 310128601 - You have not established an effective system for planned inspection and maintenance and defect reporting to ensure that construction vehicles, including the JCB telescopic handler, are maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order and in good repair. LOLER and PUWER certificate provided, with copy of invoice for repairs, which amounted to £3376 in total, confirming that PN justified. Management system example provided. As previous IN served for similar breach not much confidence it will be followed.
