Following review by PI, it has been decided that due to the exceptional circumstances created by the Covid-19 pandemic, evidence of compliance with this Notification of Contravention / Notice(s) will not be pursued further. A standard letter, agreed by the unit management team, has been sent to the duty holder informing them that they still need to ensure that the actions required by the Notification of Contravention / Notice(s) have been taken.
