| Description | On the morning of 25th May 2023, the IP was working in a small team removing steel cladding sheets from a roof as part of a demolition project. On removing either the fourth or fifth sheet that morning the IP & another member of the team were manoeuvring the sheet to put it down through a skylight with a barrier surrounding it. When they were turning the sheet, the IP was moving backwards and fell through a gap between the barrier and the side of the skylight. The IP fell approximately 6 meters onto a concrete surface & sustained two fractured ribs, air around the heart and a fractured pelvis. | ||
